Mat Pilates classes are known as those that help strengthen the abdominals and contribute to correct vertebral posture.

Class in small group (up to 8 people) made on mats and accompanied with Pilates accessories such as: soft balls, stability balls, magic rings, curls, rubber bands and yoga blocks. In Balance Studio we are faithful to the classic table invented by the father of the method, Joseph Pilates and this training focuses on his traditional method and its unique variations.
